I have always been a dreamer with a passion for creating businesses that provide financial freedom to people.I attended AC Reynolds High School where I was the Student Body President. Later, I pursued further studies at UNC-Chapel Hill with assured admission into Kenan-Flagler Business School, where I specialized my studies in Entrepreneurship and attained a minor in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE).Since 2021, I have had the pleasure of building EATS2SEATS, leading a team of 3000+ staffers across 10 states. Through my role at EATS2SEATS, I provide flexible and lucrative work opportunities to our staff, allowing them to earn supplemental income at times convenient for them. I have built or helped build many of our foundational operational processes, I help manage client relationships, I acted as the Interim CTO for over a year while we built our admin portal and E2S Staff/Leaders Apps, I developed our "My Trainings" online training program and built a Cook training program from scratch, I built out our YouTube channel as both a operational & marketing tool, I built a sustainable payroll/invoicing department, I managed a team of 8 full-time and 15 part-time employees to facilitate administrative operations, I have coordinated with a international development firm on a project basis to build our tech, and I continue to help build our company everyday. Currently I lead or help lead our operations, payroll, invoicing, HR, development, marketing, and full-time/part-time/intern teams. Through EATS2SEATS, I have gained invaluable business experience and knowledge.My passion for service has led me to volunteer in kitchens for ministries, and I believe in its power to bring out the best in everyone. Our company takes pride in going the extra mile to ensure our staff feel cared for, so they will care for fans well. EATS2SEATS is built on the premise of servant leadership, and our staff embody that across all of our accounts. I want to change the narrative around the service industry and make it an attractive, welcoming, fun, and lucrative place for anyone to work in.Overall, I aspire to build, create, innovate, and provide value for consumers and businesses.
