As a member of the Student Aviation Advisory Council, I act as a liaison between the students and the faculty in the aerospace college. We take student concerns and address them to the faculty and try to fix the problem. As part of the Student Aviation Advisory Council, I was appointed to the AIMS Review Committee. This committee consists of the heads of all the aviation departments. We work on updating AIMS to create a more efficient and user-friendly system. AIMS is a system that deals with all of our airport operations. It works with student/CFI scheduling, maintenance/inventory, and all flight funds.

I held the position of Events Coordinator for the University of North Dakota’s Association of Residence Halls. My job as Events Coordinator was to chair the programming committee in the Association of Residence Halls. This committee consists of around 20 people. As chair of that committee I was in-charge of planning and throwing all oncampus events for the residence hall students. As part of this position I used a large discretionary budget hat I was entrusted too use to throw events that benefit the residence hall community.
