In early 2019 he was recruited to lead the spinout of a technology group within Greystone as the Chief Underwriter, leading all credit analysis, structuring, underwriting and business development. The resulting company was TapCap, a mortgage technology platform solely focused on originating multifamily GSE, bridge and CMBS loans throughout the United States. The company was subsequently sold to Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD). Prior to joining TapCap, he was a principal at PNE Holdings, a private investment firm focused on unique real estate and real estate related operating company and technology investments where he led sourcing, diligence and structuring.Previously he has held positions as a fund manager, investment banker and principal investor at several real estate firms in New York City.
