- Officially became charged with running the entire recruiting and business development organization of HC. (17 staff at peak with 14 direct reports). - Broke every HIRECLOUT company production record and tripled in size and production, ultimately leading to our Inc 5000 spot in 2022. (Fastest growing companies in the USA)-Successfully handed off 40% of our business to independent recruiters and teams to manage so we could scale the company. - Re-organized team structures to get the right people working in the right teams- Coached an underperformer into an $800k biller- Championed our foray into retained/committed recruiting, bringing in ~$550k in new revenue-Built an offshore sourcing team and strategy overseas which contributed to 50% of our placements-Designed, hired and managed an independent Business Development seat which produced 5-15 new clients per quarter and ~$1M in total revenue.-Hired and managed multiple recruiters, coordinators and sourcers in Colombia, India, Armenia, and the United States to accelerate our output.-Revamped HC recruiting and Business development metrics, creating consistency across teams and a model to build weekly, monthly, and quarterly goal setting and reporting. -Revamped our online training program based on best practices and a tier 1 Sales/Recruiting Playbook accelerating our ramp up time from new hire to placement by 50%-Led 50% of offer calls with clients and candidates and produced in the top 50% as an individual contributor.

- Spun off brand new team of 2 and later took over struggling team. - Joined HIRECLOUT's leadership team as part of full blown EOS implementation (EOS = business agnostic scaling model)- Was responsible for defining and managing team and individual recruiter metrics, creating and defining role/leveling from junior recruiters through executive level hires, interviewing HC candidates, and as always producing as an individual contributing biller. - Maintained spot as #1 performing recruiter in the company.

- Lead HIRECLOUT's flagship "A-Team" developing 5+ new recruiters, one of which became the #2 producer in the company. - Continued to identify and develop key accounts, 1 of which was the top performing HC account for 2018. - Began reorganizing company processes, eliminating meetings, streamlining company schedules, and cleaning up database tags. - Wrote v1 of HC's online "Wikipedia" in Trainual to onboard new hires. - Maintained position as top performing recruiter in the company.- Joined HIRECLOUT as a Senior Recruiter for HIRECLOUT's flagship "A-Team". - Became HC's top performing recruiter in <1 year and was responsible for developing multiple key clients from scratch.
