Used a semi-supervised deep learning network on Whole Slide Images to classify brain pathology slides as RHI (repetitive head impact) or CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy). Trained a robust feature extractor using self-supervised learning with custom image augmentations.

Investigated the capabilities and application of the DoppelGANger model as a baseline GAN for generating synthetic telemetry data using CISCO’s open-source data for detecting network anomalies. I also optimized model hyperparameters to produce synthetic data with a KS-Test p-value of 0.5, 90th quantile accuracy of 100%, and mean value accuracy of 100%.
