-Piloted Advanced Engineering Program, a program for new engineers to learn Kipsu’s stack and development best practices. Due to the pilot nature of the program, the self-directed team developed procedures and best practices for future cohorts.-Designed and built a company directory with a REST API back-end built in PHP with Symfony and a front-end built in React using Redux, RTK Query, and Material-UI. The directory contains dynamically generated team and individual pages as well as an organizational chart and resource pages.-Contributed to design, construction and implementation of a messaging provider service using Kotlin with Micronaut. In its first version, it connects WeChat with Kipsu using each company’s API as well as AWS SQS, but is built to scale to include additional messaging providers.-Became involved in internal groups, including front and back end working groups and DEI recruiting.-Built out Confluence documentation for onboarding of new engineers, including individual research of both internal Kipsu systems and external technical topics.

Built in Java using the Spring MVC framework.-Created a relational database for a hotel that interconnected rooms, reservations, prices, guest data and amenities using SQL DDL/DML.-The online program had an estimated completion time of ten months.
