Performed Master Data management (Profisee) tasks for approving accounts within ERP to be accepted by the CRM.Project management of ABN & ERP system merger for Össur Australian distribution of “prosthetics” and “bracing & supports”.Critical go live date of 1st July, to align with financial year, met with no disruption to business.Managed all appropriate stakeholders throughout project.ERP setup and execution with support from colleagues in Europe.Project management of Össur’s Australian warehouse distribution facility relocation from Croydon (400m2) to Bayswater North (1400m2). 15 staff and full warehouse distribution without interruption to internal and external customers.Project management of New Zealand ERP system and full facility setup which required being in country for 9-week period.2 new staff members fully trained on customer care and warehouse responsibilities.
