The Lo & Behold Group is a hospitality company with a portfolio of timeless, thought-provoking concepts including Odette, Tanjong Beach Club, and The Warehouse Hotel.As CFO I managed accounting, purchasing, financial planning & analysis, investor relations, and corporate development for Lo & Behold and its venues while leading 20+ staff across multiple teams. I also negotiated shareholder and management agreements for 3 new venues (Straits Clan, Esora, & Le Bon Funk) and supported the managing partner in executing 3 angel investments in early stage companies.

Tonkin was a Vietnam-focused investment and advisory firm. As managing director I hired, trained, and led Tonkin’s team of two Hanoi-based investment professionals responsible for evaluating potential investments and supporting Tonkin’s existing portfolio companies. I also served as interim CFO and played a key role in raising seed capital for our portfolio company Toong, a leading co-working space company.

Principia Management Group was the sister company to Quvat, which managed two Indonesia-focused private equity funds with committed capital of approximately USD 500 million. As a senior associate (post-MBA), I reported directly to Quvat's two most senior partners while managing transactions including the initial stage of a rights issue for cinema chain CGV Blitz and an attempted $500m M&A deal in the insurance sector.
