I am a creative person who enjoys interacting with other people in a meaningful way. In a career development program, my peers highlighted the following characteristics of myself: enthusiasm, commitment, creativity, integrity, responsibility, assertiveness, persistence, focus on results, teamwork, harmony, flexibility and lightness. I have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília (2009) and a master's degree in Education and Globalization from the University of Oulu in Finland (2012). I have more than 15 years of experience with education, learning, facilitation, business development, innovation, working in the third sector, public and private sectors and international organizations.Since 2014, I have worked as a facilitator of collaborative processes. Transitioning operations to the corporate sector, since 2020. Since 2021, I have been the president of the innovation and learning committee of the Brazil-Finland Chamber, FinnCham, supporting the establishment and expansion of the Finnish ecosystem in Brazil and the other way around the Brazilian ecosystem in Finland.Currently, I dedicate most of my time to Aquarela Analytics, a Brazilian company that creates solutions for industries and large companies using artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics reducing costs and avoiding risks and greatly impacting the profit of the clients. I dream of well-being for everyone (as I experienced in Finland) and a more efficient and fair world. I work very hard to make my contribution to transforming organizations into a space for interactive, meaningful and collaborative experiences.
