I was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, completed both primary and high school here & went onto to study and complete a trade certification - I'm a mechanic by trade but there are little signs of those hands these days!My wife & I have travelled to over 20 different countries with some unique standouts being Israel, Turkey & the far North of Vietnam (Sapa, for those of you interested). Our favourite country is Italy and one of our favourite cities in the world is NYC. I love to learn from successful and inspiring people from any industry, whether it's from meeting them in person, reading books and articles or listening to them being interviewed - It's how I spend much of my free time.I'm a huge Formula 1 & AFL fan and have a fascination with European & Classic cars.I fell into the New Homes Construction industry while working as a Service Advisor for a large Automotive group - I was offered a job by a client & after some research into what sounded like a very unique and interesting roll, I took the plunge and as they say 'the rest is history!' I've worked with two of the ABN groups brands selling New Homes & now Managing a large team of Sales Consultants doing the same!The common theme across these roles and where I've found my passion is helping people. There is a unique & special feeling working with someone on what is typically their largest financial investment - A new home. Guiding them through the process and then seeing their face when they see the completed product. I now get that same feeling watching the successes of our team in a Management role, whether it be someone new to the industry starting out their journey like I did nearly 9 years ago, someone who has been around, revitalizing themselves and finding success again, or those rare people who can sustain it for a prolonged period at the highest level! There is never a dull moment!I am grateful to work with a high performing team within an exceptional organisation!
