I am a production engineer and international trainer, with over 20 years of experience in leadership and people management in large multinationals and in my own business. My mission is to increase the results of companies through human development.I have certifications recognized by the Blair Singer Training Academy, the largest trainer training academy in the world, by Success Resources in the Quantum Leap program (by T. Harv Eker) and as a Behavioral and Experiential Trainer. I also have technical skills in ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, QMS and other operational excellence methodologies.
