Supervision of advisory services delivery for the Government of Ukraine. Within the activities of international technical assistance project SURGe, funded by the Government of Canada and implemented by Alinea International is responsible for:• Supervision of good governance and data analytics services delivery for the selected public authorities;• Project support in planning, management, quality and efficiency management;• Maintenance of affairs with partners in the Government, analysis & decision-making on inquiries and additional technical assistance requests;• Project documentation development and seek-for-approval by public authorities (memorandums, annexes, joint action plans).To respond to growing demand in clear and well-structured data for decision making, launched and supervised cross-sectoral unit on data analytics delivery for the senior-level governmental officials, with the successful delivery of services in interactive maps design, panels and dashboards development for the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development, Ministry of Economy (within the Ukraine Facility Plan), Ministry of Justice, National Agency on Public Service and Office of the Presidential Commissioner for Barrier-Free Environment.

Provision of advisory services for the Government of Ukraine.Responsible for the successful launch and maintenance of full-cycle piloting of the IT System for Strategic Planning and Monitoring (PROJECTua) in public authorities:- Ministry of Communities, Territories Development;- Ministry of Justice;- Ministry of Economy;- National Agency for Public Service;- Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers (SCMU).Also is responsible for the provision of good governance expertise, required for regulatory changes, tools, guidelines design, as well, as strategic and operational documents expertise, national architecture of strategic planning for public authorities.

As a public service employee in the Government of Ukraine was responsible for:• Analytical materials design for the Government's senior officials on Government's Action Program implementation;• Digital monitoring guidelines design for public authorities, as well as performed continuous monitoring of the Government's Action Program implementation;• Liaison with public authorities on coordination of the Government's agenda setting and agenda reporting;• Piloting of the Government's digital monitoring system application (based on MS SharePoint) and delivery of consulting services for public authorities on digital system application;

• Developed and maintained partnerships with local authorities, academia, NGOs;• Developed financial and annual reports on consular office activities for the MFA in Bratislava;• Provided expertise and legal support in consular certification;

• Participated in weekly Committee meetings on issues of city development;• Liaised with the City authorities on issues, raised on the Committee meetings (e.g. city infrastructure, public safety, governance, local budget, vulnerable groups support programs), with consideration of needs and interests of citizens, living in a community;
