 Identify scope and prepare accurate estimation based on drawings, quantities and specifications. Coordinates with the client relevant to technical specification and engineering matters that may be required. Prepare inquiries and communicate with the suppliers/manufacturers relevant to technical specification, required documents to be submitted to the Clients and latest price of materials. Prepare BOQ for every project. Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

 Analyze technical drawings and bid documents for Building Works (i.e. HVAC/Mechanical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire Protection (MPF)), and Light & Heavy Industries (i.e. Equipment, Steel Structure, Piping, Painting/Insulation & Fire Proofing, Storage Tank and Pressure Vessels).  Reviews and familiarize with tender document and attendance of pre bid conferences. Direct implementation of engineering standards and administrative policies, programs and procedure. Coordinates with the client relevant to technical specification and engineering matters that may be required. Performs quantity/material take-off and prepare bill of materials and cost estimates inclusive of overhead charges based on company standards. Prepares construction schedule based on estimated total man-hours through bar chart, Manpower and Equipment loading. Evaluates suppliers and sub contractors quotation and inquiries and prepare cost analysis to come up for a possible winning bid and maintain directories of suppliers, contractors and sub contractors.
