Professional Work Experience:-Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve issues and problems-Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.-Handle the recruitment and selection process from interview till on-boarding, to ensure attracting talented candidates.-Handle exit interview and generate monthly report for management. -Conduct orientation presentation and materials for newly hired employees.-Develop and execute monthly reports related to turnover, staffing, attendance and leaves.-Ensure that each employee has an opportunity for career development.-Manage and maintain good company records in terms of hiring, promotion, transfer documents, selection assessment, and performance scores. -Monitor the compliance of employee to the company’s values and propose actions for cases none complying with company rules and values- Updating salary scale.
