With over a decade of experience in organisational sensemaking, grounded in an interdisciplinary approach, I specialise in mobilising stakeholders across diverse sectors and geographies through the collective construction of meaning. In my role as a consultant-researcher, I concentrate on developing systemic methodologies that align ecological transition and digital transformation initiatives with organisational structure, stakeholder engagement, empowerment and decision-making processes. My expertise lies in the design of innovative research strategies and the operationalisation of complex frameworks, such as deliberative democracy and multi-criteria analysis. My aim is to develop strategic analysis grids and usable data for organisations facing dynamic socio-economic challenges.
