I have been working in the BPO Industry for 13 years now and a total of almost 9 years in the BPO Financial Accounts. It has been a great life changing journey and a huge career growth from when I started back in 2007. As a Customer Service Expert and now a Team Leader - I am proud to have been part of newly experienced employees' career advancements. My objective is to mold, motivate and change people's views and skills as a Customer Service Specialist. I have committed myself to enrich agent's people skills and enhance their Customer Service aptitude in providing a World Class customer service experience.In return, I have learned so much experiences with Leading a Team and how to excel from challenges. I will still continue to achieve great results and maintain professionalism when presented with critical situations. Being in this industry has also formed my personal views on how important it is to keep the same goals, missions and visions to attain success - stay on top of my game at all times.
