I worked with Eurotec on a temporary assignment as a sales administrator. During my time I became familiar with software such as Oracle Netsuite. I processed orders received via email or telephone and helped maintain key relationships between Eurotec and their clients.

By working for a reputable Fashion brand in a busy department store, I was constantly developing my visual merchandising skills alongside my fashion knowledge. Also, providing positive customer service on a day to day basis, whilst hitting my key performance indicators.

By completing this work placement, I gained skills in production management and workshop working. I was able to be a part of projects for well known brands and experience how the process worked whilst putting my practical skills to use.
