Renewal Specialist
Current- Responsible for all renewals and identify upsell opportunities across ANZ, Japan and India regions. Engaged with customers throughout the year to transact and maintain on-time renewals, cross-sell/upsell within.
- Focused on relationship management, selling the value of Maintenance and Support Programs and driving retention as well as growth.
- Provide a consultative and proactive process to producing competitive renewal quotes.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with the Account Executives and other stakeholders.
- A trusted advisor for the Customer for their support needs.
- Taking ownership and a strong sense of urgency to manage portfolio resulting in full value, on time renewals.
