Renewal Specialist
CurrentResponsible for all renewals and identify upsell opportunities across ANZ, Japan and India regions. Engaged with customers throughout the year to transact and maintain on-time renewals, cross-sell/upsell within customer base, and focus on customer retention.• Focused on relationship management, selling the value of Maintenance and Support Programs and driving retention as well as growth.• Provide a consultative and proactive process to producing competitive renewal quotes.• Cultivate strong business relationships with the Account Executives and other stakeholders.• A trusted advisor for the Customer for their support needs.• Taking ownership and a strong sense of urgency to manage portfolio resulting in full value, on time renewals. • Consistently looking to enhance the renewal process and procedures while working to achieve an exceptional team environment.
