-Managing the full set account for assigned entities-Monitoring and handling account receivable and account payable-check payment voucher ensure accuracy of payment -prepare accounting schedule e.g prepayment, accrual,fixed assets listing,stock listing,debtor and creditor aging,related party transactions, and perform bank reconciliation during month-end close process- Responsible to handle month-end and year-end closing -Assist in the preparation of management reporting,budget and forecast preparation and finance summary for the company-To oversee the entire office and administrative matters.-Coordinate the matters in relevant with auditors,bankers,tax agents,government agencies, company secretary,when necessary-To assist in adhoc accounts and other duties, as and when required.

-Identify significant accounting/auditing issue and report them to manager-Prepare audit planning for manager review before commencement of audit work-Clear review points from manager on timely basis-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending company seminar-Attend inventory counts and assess the adequacy of the stock counts. Report the finding to audit manager-Complete small and medium company audit independently-Completing te assigned tasks within the given deadline-Prepare draft tax computation and ensure adequate provision for taxation-Confirm the final audit report with client before release-Follow up any outstanding issues from client-Prepare group financial statements-Liaise with secretary,tax agent,bankers, and client

-Responsible for various daily accounting and updated daily cash flow-Responsilbe for daily data entry into accounting system- Issue invoices to customers, follow up with customers for receiving payment and prepare payment to suppliers-Liaise with customers,suppliers,auditor,tax agent,bankers,secretary and government agencies-Handle any other adhoc task assigned by management.
