- Work closely with Bus Captains and contractors to ensure daily operations are carried out within schedule- Liaise and manage external stakeholders on assigned operations issues- Respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment- Manage and lead Bus Captains to provide reliable and safe bus services to support smooth bus operations- Handle Bus Captains administrative issues including attendance, salary, discipline, and morale- Support the new projects from route planning, organising and scheduling- Coordinate closely with the sales team on job orders received from customers- Arrange buses for inspection, permanent maintenance, and corrective maintenance from time to time- Conduct incident and accident investigation and report writing

• Use Fleet Management System to monitor bus services and ensure smooth operations • Ensure effective coverage and recovery in relation to vehicle breakdowns, incidents, or accidents• Manage on-road issues that potentially impact on service delivery• Deal with incidents based on Standard Operating Procedures• Liaise with vehicle recovery team, workshops, and customers whenever necessary• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operation issues• Prepare operation reports• Roster planning for the team

- Perform data verification & analysis, fault trending and prepare operational reports.- Monitor daily ridership to forecast future service deliveries.- Conduct audit to ensure conformance and adherence to Operating Performance Standards.- Support investigation of passenger feedback & complaints.- Support operational projects to enhance safety and service excellence.

- Oversee and manage daily operation of bus interchange.- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure facilities are well-maintained.- Monitor the progress of contractual activities and follow up with necessary actions.- Ensure timely arrival and departure of bus services.- Supervise a pool of Bus Captains.- Manage customer service requirements for bus services in interchange.

- Make correct assessments during incidents within the system in a short span of time and carry out efforts to resolve or mitigate them while adhering to operational procedures.- Support operational readiness of Thales CBTC system & rail extensions.- To meet operations-related KPIs in NSEWL. (North South East West Line)- Act as a liaison in ensuring that critical information is pass on to all stakeholders promptly and accurately for them to act upon.

- Develop communication plan and communicating to public via audio and visual means- Monitor social media and identifying trends and potential issues- Provide situation updates and alternatives to enhance commuters’ travel experience, particularly during train service delay- Generate fault request to the relevant departments- Communicate with internal departments and external agencies during prevailing and degraded situations
