Product ownership: Ensure competitiveness of product lines Technical product documentation update & review Edit local product roadmap To be interface between global, sales company, factory and Distribution Center Technical support to all stockholders2. Product strategy based on business strategy: Plan and implement the regional product strategy based on market requirments e.g. existing product update, positioning, localization , and new product release Give inputs/feedback and support global product management on implementation of global product strategy3. New product development and engineering: Learn “Voice of Customer” and make priority list,  Market analysis and make business/development proposal Responsible for product life cycle, communicate with RND ,sales and customers to make sure product with high profit  Product positioning and pricing4. Owner of product phase in & phase out: coordinate different functions to make transition smoothly ,e.g. global product team, sales, factory ,csu ,service and DCReport line: BD director & CEOBusiness development strategy &Market analysis Promotion Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies & plans for the organization. Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events. Short-term incentive schemes planning in the peak seasons. Guiding projects related activities of the marketing communication team. Trainings, seminars, road shows for internal sales & external selected customers or biz partners. Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations Coordination in cross function departments.
