- Assisting with employment and training opportunities to job seekers- Reverse marketing to generate employment opportunities- Providing relevant support and referrals

- Assisting disadvantaged jobseekers to find jobs and place them into sustainable employment- Case manage jobseekers in identifying their strengths and employment opportunities and find ways to engage and motivate them- Generate marketing leads and approaching potential employers that will be able to provide the opportunities for jobseekers

- Managing and leading the project team of one of the key account in the company – Employees Provident Fund (Social Security Institution in Malaysia) - Responsible to monitor and manage the project scope and deliverables - Lead the Project Steering Committee

- Involved with the pre-sales team to develop a system architecture plan and strategy that is aligned to the business requirements - Manage and co-ordinate partners

- Skilled in negotiating the most cost effective media plan for the client to ensure maximum brand exposure with minimal budget - Constantly sourcing out new marketing opportunities to propose new media concept out of the regular traditional medium that will stands apart from the rest of the competitive brands. - Initiated a targeted media buy targeting the expatriates working in Singapore and has successfully increased IDD calls by 35%, exceeding client’s requirements. - Proficient and familiar with various research tools used to determine media trend and media consumption for each unique target audience that helps to make accurate assessments on effective media buy. - Excellent in keeping track of competitor’s media strategies & tactics by analyzing data in details utilizing the research tools. Information gathered had been proved useful to establish & understand competitor’s business nature and media buy strategies. These will translates into measures that need to be taken to counter SOV in the respective media used. - Generating report by tracking and analyzing campaign results – post buy report to track effectiveness of campaigns.
