Current• Weekly analyzing all CMs open order and providing status for every order, including delivery dates and arrival to destination.• Generate and analyzing reports for management review and process control for ex. Forecast implementation, inventory management and track stock levels...• Created Purchase orders for raw materials and matched vendor Invoices with the Purchase orders for accuracy.• Enter new Sales Orders into priority after checking availability.• Weekly conf. calls with CMs, especially with China, Vietnam, Mexico and Hungary. • Managed international and domestic shipments, contact with freight forwarders and following up on shipments making sure items deliver on time.• Work closely with multiple departments in the organization. • Required – Familiarity with supply chain software such as Priority, Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling and strong mathematics Skills, Collaboration and teamwork, Networking and interpersonal Skills, Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and material data.
