-Secure capacity & materials at subcontractor,in order to fulfill demand and perform escalation management on capacity issues. -Work with business division on volume ramp up or demand changes-Align with engineering team to drive for flexibility. - Work actively on supply chain projects to improve workflow & productivity.

-Manage a team of Supply Chain Analysis.-Capacity and Strategic Planning , supply demand gap analysis, excellent analytical skill.-Master in OSAT management, manage assembly and tester capacity in Asia, ensure even loading. -Review and drive suppliers to meet operational KPI (cycle time, yield, capacity, services).-Knowledge of Merger & Acquisition interface.

- Support customer’s high mix; huge and dynamic demand.- Proactively works with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of finished goods materials in the supply chain.- Provide accurate and timely supply, demand, and inventory goal.- Manage operational issues associated with constrained supply or demand volatility including product reallocation or rework.

- First point of contact with suppliers on the wafer sort.- Release forecast to suppliers on weekly basis, ensure suppliers provide commits. Coordinate with them on the tester allocation based on priority list. - Work with fab planners to ensure wafers are fab out according to plan to utilize the wafer sort capacity

- Review customer orders with sales and marketing, load orders to suppliers. - Ensure suppliers deliver goods per commit.- Review hotlist for key material shortage item & work with buyers for improvement
