 Perform day to day accounting entries of cash receipts and payments transactions and banking transactions such as transfers, deposits, withdrawals.. Prepare monthly financial statement by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends. Prepare budgeted financial statement by reviewing the business plan and last year’s figures. Prepare, maintain and analyze budget and compare budgeted to actual in monthly basics. Check cash payments and receipts by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Compile with government tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings. Maintain financial security by following internal controls. Perform opening bank accounts, changing authorized signatories, etc… Update and follow up the receivables and payables. Prepare all finance information relating to the business for the yearly audit process.  Arrange the documents to be archived in safe, secure conditions. Perform weekly bank reconciliations and petty cash counts. Prepare payroll and personal income taxes. Scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment and computers. Perform all administrative works in relation with the local authorities such as employment contracts, visa, stay permit, FRC application and renewal. Reviews the time sheet/ attendance and tracking leaves forms and checking of the clock-in/out time to avoid late arrivals. Perform association’s registration, licenses, renewal, rename, change of address by complying DICA’ s requirements. Liaison with clients to ease payment process. Review and check the agreement / contract for service, rental and virtual domiciliation. Prepare invoices for the rental, virtual domiciliation and meeting room in monthly or quarterly basics for business center and HR service contracts.

 Responsible for the daily vouchers (Income & Expense) of Head Office and all sites entries by using 'I Ledger software'. Checking all relevant records/books of accounts including posting the transactions, checking the accuracy and propriety. Responsible for maintaining and updating receivable ledgers of the company. Responsible for maintaining and updating payable ledgers of the company. Assisting the Chief Accountant to meet the cash flow targets of the company. Prepare all details documents for Monthly Statement of Cash Flow/ Comprehensive Income/ Monthly Statement of Financial Position and other Finance relevant things assigned by Chief Accountant.

 Responsible for auditing of Receives and Payments, Cash Book, General Ledger, Account payable, Account receivable, Bank Reconciliation (it means that amounts and other data relating to transactions and events have been recorded at the correct amounts - ie at the amounts appearing in the source documents or not .) Writing the audit findings reports to Internal Auditing Manager.
