I am a HR professional at managerial level with 25 years' experience in varying corporate environments - including manufacturing, F&B and complex management. I have built on this platform to realize my passion for people development and management by upskilling in the areas of training and coaching.I derive great satisfaction in seeing people at all levels of business & corporate endeavor realize their full potential and achieve happiness and fulfilment in their work & careers. I strive to guide my clients towards the goal of leadership excellence/transformation and establishment of maximum efficiency and effective communication, where staff and management work harmoniously together, where 'everyone wins' (win-win situation). I have had first-hand experience engaging with leaders, managers, Heads of Department and other staff at all levels and have developed a vision to realize an energized and mutually supportive workplace - where all players feel invested working towards a common goal in an environment of teamwork and mutual trust. Within my own HR Department over many years, I have gained particular insight into structuring and coordinating the multiple roles of my staff so as to maximize their engagement, motivation and performance with emphasis on open communication and teamwork with their colleagues. It has been particularly satisfying to directly observe the personal growth and contentment in these employees with whom I worked every day. Particularly from this experience is born my desire to extend such positive results towards the aim of transforming overall company culture for the benefit of everyone in it. This is where I see that well directed and customized coaching and training are indispensable tools.I also wish to contribute to the further growth & development of the coaching community (especially in the northern region of Malaysia where I live) by engaging with my colleagues & peers in the field of human resources, training & coaching and helping where I can.
