SLA Consultancy Sdn Bhd is a HQ to manage more than 15 subsidiaries business included the famous F&B brand which is Baan Thai Restaurant, Fatt Kee Roasted Duck, Sweet Hut Cafe and a Social Media company. Its objectives is to centralized and make improvement to all subsidiaries business in order to achieved higher goals.

Responsible for Office Administrative, Accounting, HR and IT support. Accounts:- Manage full set accounts up to 4 companies.- Preparing for financial audit for group of companies.- Proficient with UBS and Autocount accounting software.- Prepare monthly report, management account and data analysis for management.Administrative:- Experienced office relocation twice. From searching location, dealing with landlord or agent, ID & contractor, building management, sourcing furniture and decoration item until ready to move in.- Sourcing and purchase of company's assets (computer, laptop, camera, etc.)- Office utilities application / termination.- Up keep of office, restocking Office Pantry.- Create new email address, register door access thumbprint for new staff.HR:- From recruitment to preparing Offer Letter, staff confirmation, promotion, termination, etc.- Planning for activities e.g. Birthday celebration for birthday babies of the month, company gathering / team building and annual dinner.- Observe the team momentum and giving suggestion to management and be concerned about all teammates.- Proficient to Sage (UBS) payroll software.IT Support:- Set up & manage company's email system.- Set up & manage company's security system (CCTV & Door Access).- Set up & mange company's network connection.- Set up and mange the Accounting / Payroll Server- Set up & manage photocopy machine- Set up or reformat computers. Connecting to to server, photocopy machine and drive.- Design new report format for accounting and payroll system.- Liaise & coordinate with software vendor in order to reach company's requirement.

Joining as a Cashier at Roller Sports World in 2006 located at 3rd Floor Sungei Wang Plaza and support the subsidiary F&B restaurant at the top floor in the same mall. In 2008, being promoted to Supervisor and relocated to Starship Galatica located in 1 Utama Shopping Center then transferred to Endah Parade Sri Petaling as pioneer team for new Roller Sports branch opening in 2009.
