The Hmong Health Care Professionals Coalition (HHCPC) began 15 years ago and has a commitment to improving the health and wellness of the Hmong community in Minnesota. We have hosted two health conferences providing health education, workshops, and resources to professionals who serve the Hmong community, educational outreach, advocacy, and support health research.
