Role:In 2019 the museum "Pavillon Le Corbusier" opened its doors after two years of restoration, after it served as a gallery for 50 years since 1967.I joined the young team of 5 members in the museum's shop and quickly after started offering my own public tours in German and English. The audience of this institution is eager for knowledge and spans from experts on architecture, modernism enthusiasts, international tourists and local passers-by. It is to us to mediate and explain the concepts behind the building and its details on different levels, and ensure a rich and beautiful experience for them.Achievements:- Helped establishing a high-end profile to the site, that globally attracts specialists, tourists and enthusiasts.- Guided visitors groups in one hour tours through the site, educated them about its history and discussed its unique features with them.- Renewed the reputation of the newly re-opened museum, showcasing relevant literature on architecture and selling locally produced merchandise.

RoleThe denim department: Determining Customer needs, goals and pain points is essential when selling the right pair of jeans.
