• Coordinates with multiple oncology project teams and up to 40 investigative sites to ensure accuracy and transparency of data.• Conducts monitoring visits or co-monitors to confirm protocol compliance, assess qualification of study personnel, and ensure Good Clinical Practices. Visits include remote or onsite monitoring visits, initiation, site initiation, and close-out. • Assist CRAs with preparation for site visits (running reports, QC TMF system, resolving items from previous visits, ect). • Ensured compliance with FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations, conduct study audits, eTMF reviews, and identify opportunities to reduce protocol deviations. • Monitor site performance and implement action plans for sites not meeting expectations. Provides training and guidance to stay in accordance with the protocol, SOPs, study specific procedures, and applicable regulations. • Coordinate study visits and shipment of drug and laboratory samples/supplies to ensure sites have sufficient supplies. • Ensure subjects are complying with protocol requirements, study visits, and timelines. • Proactively work with sites and project teams to ensure maintenance activities (including Amendments, revised documents, etc.) are completed for assigned sites as applicable in region.• Perform Case Report Form review, query generation and resolution against established data review guidelines.• Demonstrate an understanding of the CTMS and enter in weekly details in CTMS or as per study requirement.

All studies focus on understanding parasitic weed to gain further understanding on their biology and management for when they infect crops. Weed Science Society of America Grant Awarded funding for independent research to identify gene constructs to clone and create new transgenic lines of plants to withstand the effects of parasitic weeds. Learned how to conduct and present research in a professional setting. Familiar with tissue and cell culturing, RNA, DNA, protein isolates and analysis, PCR procedures, and gel electrophoresis.

Studied the dynamic ecosystems that shaped island ecology. Utilized quantitative and qualitative methods in regards to soil and water nutrient testing, identification, diversity indices, ecology, and plant physiology. Independently, I interviewed a series of Hawaiian residents and scientist on fields pertaining to renewable energy in the region and the Hawaii 2050 Plan.
