• Responsible for managing and developing a policy for RAFM in line with the strategic direction of the organization to identify revenue leakage and implementation.• Supporting to the team to understand RAFM domain knowledge and teaching technical/analysis skill related to Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.• Manages, motivates, and appraises staff within the unit ensuring they have in place personal objectives and goals, and individual development plans, to ensure they always perform to the highest standard.• Lead or contribute in complex and critical workstream investigations in relation to revenue fluctuations (sudden drops and investigations).• Work with cross-functional teams in resolving financial and revenue related issues, identifying revenue improvement and ensuring charging/billing.• Liaise with other departments to analyse/investigate issues covering multiple revenue streams to identify leakages and develop remedial solutions from provisioning, switch CDR’s, bills to cash.• Coordinating and supporting customer complaints received from Customer Care Dept, IGW Dept, Wholesale Dept, S&D Dept and Other Local Operator.• Monthly reconciliation of Interconnect revenue/cost resulting from contracts with other carriers for originating/terminating network traffic.

• Provide necessary expert advice and support on Revenue Assurance reconciliations and audit analysis for findings gap between systems / process.• Implement RAFM system and coordinating with IT, Vendor, and other Stakeholders to cover necessary control points.• Provide Mitigation plan and root cause analysis to prevent the Revenue leakages and support on new business development of the customer.• Prepare detailed and high-level reports on revenue assurance and related functions as required.• Perform detailed revenue analysis, forecasts, calculations, and present findings.• Fraud Management and reporting.• Supporting to Marketing VAS Team for monthly invoice validation and reconciliation of CRBT and Loan Service.• To Assurance Revenue like Usage Assurance, VAS Assurance, Roaming Assurance, Interconnect Assurance, Subscription Assurance, Billing Assurance, Loan Assurance, Balance Transfer Assurance, Rating Assurance, Accounting Assurance, Voucher Assurance, Mobile Money Assurance, etc

• Prepare data and information for making regular report data analysis. Data pull, provide analysis, visualize and provide analytics on significant amounts of data required by management and generating month end report.• Implement BOD Dashboard, Daily RA Dashboard with Power BI.• Work together with IT Team, to implement manual to automation report.• Generates relevant weekly and monthly reports of revenue assurance management.• To check the payments made to third party vendors against premium services by comparing the Billing records with vendors provided counts.

• To validate of invoice raised by Interconnect partner, internally raised invoices for the incoming traffic and dispute management.• Protection of charged revenue to ensure correctness and completeness (Revenue Assurance).• CDR level reconciliation between Billing CDRs generated at gateway MSC.• To check the payments made to VAS third party vendors against premium services by comparing the Billing records with vendors provided counts.• Generates relevant weekly and monthly reports on revenue assurance management system software.

• To support the Revenue Assurance function in the business with an aim to minimize revenue loss from daily operations and identify revenue leakage.• Prompt and accurate revenue assurance advice and reports, (as agreed with business) on efficiency of controls from Switch to Bill.• Generates relevant weekly and monthly reports on fraud management system software • Harmonization of network operations and billing systems and Log, monitor and report on exceptions with an aim to address these within agreed timelines and contribute towards establishing and correction of root cause.

• Employment as programmer and primary role is to be part of the project development team in implementing and supporting the Human Resource Management project also required to participate in analysis and design discussion, develop code, perform, adding resources and testing. At this project, I have developed Dashboard by using Web parts and Microsoft Charts. And also developed Recruitment Module and Year End Processing.

• Designed and implemented .NET interface Sale Management Systems. Support the software and system for future upgrades. This project helps to the best services of customer and performance of the sale management.
