Job/ responsibilities :- Responsiblie for Australia model validation and model compliance to Global Citibank Model Management. -Model reviewer for other Asia Pacific Score Model-Work with US modelling team on new score model development. All score model in Citi is developed by our specialize analytic team in US and country provide independent validation, score usage and score cut-off analysis-Lead a team of analyst in maintaining the full suite of model performance tracking and support the system implementation of scorecard or segmentation model.- Conceptualize, review and analyze both front end (acquisition) and back end (portfolio and charge-off) score strategy- Establish the governance on model monitoring and analytic on risk model.- Guide and develop analyst on scorecard management which includes scorecard validation, cut-off optimization, segmentation, performance review and other ad hoc analytic

In this role under Citibank Risk Management, I continue to support the wider Citibank unsecured products on the collection analytic for both Cards and Personal Revolving loans. Under this role my job responsibility was extended to include scorecard model monitoring and validation. I was involved in multiple scorecard redevelopment working closely with our US global modelling team. I've assisted in validating new scorecard developed, deriving and proposing score use and cutoff and oversight on the system implementation on new scorecard for both policy and collection team.

Citifinancial was established in Australia in mid 2004 a separate entity from Citibank which offer customer personal loan service.As the business was newly established, my role was to assisst in developing a suite of MIS reporting for the portfolio and asissting in system setup. TRIAD was the system used in managing the various components of the product which includes collection, authorization and marketing collection. I was also involved in establishing the BASEL reporting for Citifinancial.Some of the key reporting MIS established includes flow rate, delinquency, loss forecasting, collectors productivity, capacity plan and other misc analytic requirement including better risk segment accounts. TRIAD involvement includes creating strategy tree, testing and monitoring of challenger performance

In this role I support the Collection Head of Standard Chartered in setting up the MIS reporting on Collection related analytic. Some of the analytic include risk segmenting the portfolio for champion and challenger testing, creating KPI on the productivity on collectors performance which define collectors commission, automating collection MIS reporting, supporting in running ad hoc analytic and providing support for system testing for any collection strategies changes.This role has provided me a training ground in sharpening my analytic skill and enhancing my knowledge in collection management. Part of the job of an analyst fo any issues or findings we encounter we are encourage to think of the solution and the challenges on the implementation and the implications of our approach.

Collection analyst for mortgage portfolio. In this role I assist the Collection Manager for Mortgage portfolio in assessing customer in hardship and provide asisstant to customer in remedial program to enable customer to continue with repayment without falling behind. The role involve providing assesment on customer current debt ratio, understanding customer status on underlying issues face by customer in meeting repayment and hence provide recommendation and written recommendation if customer should be place in remedial program. The performance of the program is track and reported monthly to Collection and Risk department.
