• Provide end to end support and overall HR processing which included recruitment and employment, compensation and benefits administration.• Handle full spectrum of Payroll Processing.• Draft and update HR documents such as job description, standards form, letters, policies and other HR related documents.• Maintain and monitor employee’s record on leave management, attendance, and personal file.• To manage foreign workers and expatriate work pass application, hostel arrangement.• Assist in staff disciplinary and grievance issues.• Handling office administration.• Carry out any other ad hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

- Involve in recruitment function such as sourcing candidate via different channel, screening resume.- Arrange and conduct 1st Interview with candidate.- Convince and communicate with shortlisted candidate for the job offer.- Arrange and conduct orientation program for new join staff. Monitoring closely with respective HOD for the orientation program.- Coordinate in respective department for stationery request and IT equipment for staff during onboard.- Conducting and coordinate in the Internal Training Program. Sourcing training program from external training provider for respective department as request.- Responsible for HRDF grant application and claim.- Involve in C&B function such as perform monthly payroll, preparing EA form. - Monitoring the payment for statutory contribution. - Upkeep and maintaining P- file， Leave records, and attendance record.- Coordinate with agent for working permit application of company's expatriate worker.- Coordinate in the Performance Management and calibration meeting.- Organize and coordinate staff welfare activities such as team building, company trip, annual dinner, etc.- Coordinate for Staff medical card and medical claim with insurance agents.- Coordinate on matters pertaining to disciplinary.

- Handling recruitment section for HQ and Outlet.- Sourcing manpower, screening resume, and job matching for application.- Conduct interview for selected candidate and walk-in candidate.- Prepare appointment letter, confirmation letter, transfer letter, etc.- Conduct orientation for new join from junior to supervisory level staffs.- Assist in organizing staff activities, monitoring staff discipline and provide counselling for staff.- Conduct exist interviews and prepare exist analysis reports.- Perform monthly payroll for few outlets.- Assist in processing yearly increment, bonus and EA Form for all outlet.- Verifying staff's monthly expenses claims.- Assisting HR Manager in administer all the HR policies & procedure, monitor to ensure compliance.- Handling the ad-hoc assignment assigned by HR Manager.
