• Responsible for program management, design and implementation throughout various craft projects• Lead and manage regional coordinators from across the country: Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Shan, Mandalay and Yangon for the management of artisans in their vocational/technical trainings, monitoring production on international client orders including high-end designer brands, prestigious furnishing companies and hotels• Establish and maintain good relationships and communications with supported artisans as well as implementing partners• Commerce and QC: Ensure accurate and competitive pricing for orders and sales, design translation, raising POs, Quotes, Invoices using online accounting software. Ensure the quality of crafts produced, meet the required standards• Support to the country director: fundraising, reports and M&E, curating exhibitions, organizing events, production of marketing materials, social media communications

• Led and managed Social and Green Business Development project based in an informal settlement area in eastern Yangon: Activities focused on - urban/organic farming, waste management and composting, handicraft • Oversaw the development and execution of the activity deliverables, led project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring process• Community and stakeholder engagement; build strong relationship and network between relevant stakeholders including cooperating partners, local CSOs and government bodies • Managed and co-led the development of women-led social business based in the community; ‘Production of reusable cotton masks in response to Covid-19’
