- Work closely with the HighValue market CLM team to understand the business requirements. - Generate operational reports on a variety of measures (traffic and revenue) to monitor daily performance of the business.- Analyse products, segment, customers, market, usage, airtime etc. in detail and help business to understand the customer behavior. - Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of different business areas, their processes and their key performance indicators. - Manage accurate and timely delivery of reports and KPI dashboards. - Using SQL and BI tools to provide standard / ad-hoc / special reports of high quality to different stakeholders and support them in their decision making.
