Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame andprogress of the approved construction program. Estimate for Fire protection system and electrical Preparation of lighting and power layouts, Bill of Quantity for electrical materials in excel format. Responsible for Electrical Designing and Drafting of Transformers, Cables, Lighting Layout, PowerLayout, Distribution Board as per the basis of Calculation. Electrical load estimation design as per CP standards (medium and low voltage) development ofsingle line diagram and cable sizing, bus bar, according to the load analysis and short circuitcalculation, voltage drop calculation, lighting and illumination design. Responsible for creating firefighting piping and equipment like valves, fire hose-reel, landing valves,& Sprinkles. Responsible for Installing and Inspection hydrant system (External & Internal). Responsible for Installation of sprinkle Piping. Checked M&E services to correct and finish in time. Coordinate M&E Services with my senior engineer. Solved many technical problems without constant supervision Installed and pointed fire alarms, lighting, plumbing and sanitary on the slab and column Managed to install for sprinkler system, dry riser, wet riser, external Managing maintenance schedules and budgets Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians
