▪ Prepare and present detailed audit reports to seniormanagement and stakeholders, highlighting key findings,risks, and recommendations specific to Myanmar’sbusiness environment.▪ Coordinate with store to check stock levels▪ Maintain accurate and complete warehouse records▪ Trace ledger of inventory with register from storedepartment▪ Checking of price, expiry & damage of Goods▪ Ensure proper labelling for stock accuracy▪ Assist in the preparation and implementation of audit plans▪ Checking of expenses and invoices of petty cash balancewith petty cash expenditure for ensuring that they areproperly authorized before cash payment▪ Answer & attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staffmembers, taking messages and assembling mailing▪ Perform general clerical duties which include but notlimited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing▪ Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system▪ Inspecting the financial statements to catch errors,misstatements and fraud.▪ To carry out any other duties as assigned by themanagement from time to time

• Handle full spectrum of accounting roles, performing fullset of accounts• Maintain customer’s records and bill customer• Completing purchase orders• Raise purchase requests, purchase orders and similardocumentation• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statementsand related transactions• Performed AP duties which includes payment processingand ensured proper supporting documents for approval ofpayments• Cash flow management, ensuring all invoices are billed ontime and payments are received timely• Responsible for monthly bank reconciliations• Maintained Fixed Assets Register and track existing andnew fixed assets• Performed full process of payroll cycles, ensuring accuracyand timeliness• Lead and supervise finance team members• Calculation of final salary payment for leavers whichinclude leave encashment, expense claims and pro-ratedbase salary• Manage petty cash book and cash disbursements• Checking of staff claim applications• Provide assistance in auditor's request for year-end financialaudit• Liaise with the external parties such as Bankers, Auditorsand/or Government Authorities• Perform team processes and more complex activities asassigned by Management
