• Team Management and Personnel Development including recruitment and retention of team members, job assignment, providing on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, performance monitoring and PMP, etc.• Lead the Global Operational Program Management Team, CSR Services to support our clients (famous brands and retailers, etc.) in their Social/Environmental/Sustainability Programs on supply chain risk management, including Program Setup, Program Maintenance, Program Execution, KPI Review, Market Trend Analysis and Program Update, etc. • Lead the GOPM Team to work with global operation teams to align practices following service agreements, program requirements and procedures, so as to achieve operational excellence on CSR services;• Working with global SO, BD and Operation teams to drive growth of business.

• Support our clients on the setup, maintenance and execution of their CSR Programs for Supply Chain Risk Management in relation to Social, Environmental and Health & Safety issues.• Monitor program service delivery and Quality Control internally to achieve operational excellence on CSR services;• Support global SO, BD and Operation teams on Business Development;• Lead the team and personnel development.

• Leader of Guangzhou CSR Audit Team - Team Management and Personnel Development including recruitment and retention of team members, on-site supervision/assessment, providing on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, performance monitoring and PMP, etc.• Lead audit team in the execution of Social/Environmental/Security Audits at client’s supply chain manufacturing facilities. • Quality control of audit services through report/audit file review, on-site performance assessments, mystery audits, etc.

• Lead audit teams and conduct independent 3rd party Social and Environmental audits and CTPAT audits at clients’ vendor factories according to clients’ audit requirements and local law/regulations;• Perform quality review of audit reports and working paper files completed by other auditors;• Perform performance evaluation for junior auditor;• Participate in the training program for new hires and junior auditors.

• Coordinate with client and manufacturing facilities on social compliance service scheduling, OPE quotation and logistics arrangement, etc.• Support in client/supplier seminars;• Audit file maintenance and record keeping;• Administrative work supporting Director and Senior Manager.
