Serai, a venture backed by HSBC, is a B2B platform that focuses on helping small medium businesses in garment industry to connect and trade. Leading a product design team, we worked closely with the product and engineering team to build the platform from scratch and have helped over 25,000 SMEs trade globally within a year.

• With JobsDB and JobStreet as subsidiaries of Seek, part of my responsibilities is to ensure the design solutions is re-usable for both brands as well as scalable for different scenarios and across all platforms. I.
• Led and facilitated Google Design Sprint workshops for stakeholders from Product and Marketing team to redesign job seeker’s journey
• Conducted multiple contextual inqueries and usability testing sessions in different countries to gain qualitative data
• Drive project direction by identifying users’ painpoints and unmet needs, and prioritizing ideas based on data insights from Analysis team to make informed decisions on the design solution
• Collaborate with different stakeholders across Australia, Malaysia and China locations according to different project requirements
• Collaborate closely with Developers and QA in agile environment during execution

• UI/UX designer at Pivot Design Group, a design company focusing on informed design process by discovering the needs of key audience and create the best UX strategy through close collaboration with client and iterative.
• Acting as client’s main point of contact to communicate and manage organization of projects; Other PM responsibilities include estimating project costs, delivering projects on time within budget and scope
• Focuses on understanding user behavior, needs, and motivations through contextual inquiries andfeedback methodologies including Heuristic Evaluation and Interaction Principles
• Develop user personas and scenarios to optimize user journeys, construct wireframes and prototypes to ensure the product logically flows from one step to the next
• Incorporate IA methods such as card sorting and wireframing to demonstrate the hierarchy of information
• Maintain good client relationship by managing client expectations with constant communication

• Design and deliver wireframes, storyboards, site-map of projects using mock up tools such as Lucidchart, Balsamiq, and Invision
