1. Build up target lists of candidates,update the data-pool of CVs;2. Support the Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates;3. Collect and screen CVs to match job specifications and requirements;4. Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for;5. In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information are well reflected on the organization structure produced;6. Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information;7. Produce and present suitable candidate to the senior to ensure the mandate come to closure.
