I worked in records, purging, filing, doing reports, sorting and arranging reports in order.

File, purge, merge and maintain active and inactive records for individuals supported at Pinecrest in accordance with facility integrated record guidelines. Log date ISP's and ISP assessments filed in departmental database. Maintain patient records in all phrases-from admission, overflow, discharge, death and on to the shredding process after the state statute of limitations have been met. Conduct quarterly and annual purges of intergrated records and merge with overflow records. Maintain and update record locator codes in the departmental database. Retrieve reccords for staff review and maintain check-out sheets. Ensure records are secure and accessible to authorized personnel as defined by Pinecrest policies and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Release copies of records in response to internal requests within 2 days. Document information released in the disclosure log immediately after each event. Attend meetings and transcribe minutes daily & distribute to appropriate staff. Retrieved and deliver records to all required committee meetings. Gather and copy information for APS abuse/neglect investigations.

Inactive with assigned clients by implementing plans to curve individuals behavior. Paricipate in groups sessions to help with social skills. Write up individual behavior plans that was evaluated by a licensed Psychologist.
