1、核算：监督及复核日常核算及月结事项，确保核算及时准确；更新财务报表科目，按照新金融工具准则测算坏账，并最终与总部同步适用新准则；2、预算：编制2019年经营计划，及未来5年中长期经营计划；每个月滚动预测，并与实际做对比分析，找出差异，督促业务不断完善预测数据及实际执行力度；3、审计：内外部审计对接人，取得了无保留意见的审计报告；4、税务：梳理融资租赁相关税收政策；2018年汇算清缴工作；金融人才奖励及企业政府补助申请；个税计算及新政策的培训；5、下属4人，复核指导团队成员日常工作。

➢ Reporting工作，控制月度结账进度，每月按时出具US集团财报和PRC财报；➢ 审核整个BS recon的情况，及时发现并跟进长账龄事项并推动解决；➢ 管理和完善固定资产流程，定期组织固定资产盘点确保资产记录的准确性；➢ 管理GL/AR/AP/BANK/TAX等财务模块，下属2人，负责安排他们工作和复核所有会计凭证，确保入账准确性；➢ 增值税月度申报工作及公司年度汇算清缴，按时提交Danaher要求的税务报表；➢ 内外部审计工作财务对接人，及时提供审计要求的PBC List，确保取得无保留意见的审计报告，内审没有跟Accouting相关的问题；➢ SAP上线，仅1个月时间，从COA设置到数据切换，作为FI对接人，顺利完成系统的切换；

(1) As GL accountant, responsible for month closing, prepare the financial statement every month, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and the notes; interpreting the financial statement; supervise the timeless of accounting and review the accuracy; (2) As a revenue team leader, control and review the whole revenue accounting, analyze the movement of the revenue and AR, guide the other revenue colleagues' work; Feasible suggestion is put forward for the revenue accounting, that is for the revenue that is not yet finished the reconciliation, account as defer revenue, and the manager has already accepted.(3) Responsible for part of AP job, combing the AP process and guide the new colleague’s job.

(1) Assist the manager to manage the whole AR affairs, assign the daily accounting jobs to the local and the other Chinese colleagues.(2) Responsible for AR process contribution and accounting of Brazil Subsidiaries, output the process desk procedure and organize the training. Share the receipt entry back to China and save the local labor cost 0.5 person.(3) Responsible for 4 Brazil Subsidiaries month closing, control the closing progress. Calculate the bad debt provision, make the aging report, AR detail report, collection report and so on.(4) Monthly analysis the movement reason of the bad debt provision, long term overdue AR, capital cost, cash advance and so on. Analysis the problem which is found through the review, solve the problems and report to the related person.(5) As an AR interface person of the internal and external audit, responsible to provide the data requested by auditor and answer auditor's doubt.(6) Combing and issue Brazil new aging rules, through analysis the frame contract payment term of the main customer, make the rules according to the contract, ensure the aging accuracy.
