- Responsible for Employee recruitment including candidate specification, advertising, screening, short listing, recommendation, interview arrangement and orientation.- Contribute in the management of HR processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers, probations and contract renewal.- Provide employees with professional and school related services.- Maintain and update the HR systems database on a regular basis.- Prepare HR related statistics & reports(such as payroll, C&B summary reports) with accuracy and timeliness, including collecting payroll information, calculating bonuses, handle social security and housing funds.- Apply for Work Visas, Work Permit & Residence Permit for the foreign teachers.- Handle foreign staff related emergencies and maintain good relations with them.

- Duties included the recruiting of teachers for public schools, K12 bilingual/international schools as well as language centres in China.- Actively source and hire teachers for China-based ESL teaching positions, subject teaching positions, AP/IB teaching positions, education managerial positions and home-based online ESL teaching positions through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, job boards and resume databases.- Collect resumes and pre-screen potential candidates through different recruiting channels.- Understand the needs and personalities of candidates and provide personalized assistance throughout the recruitment process.- Liaise between schools and candidates, provide prompt feedback to both sides. - Develop sales plans for schools all around China to expand product coverage.- Make yearly and monthly recruitment plans, distribute resumes and channels to the HR team. - Continuously track the channels and adjust the advertising plan according to the effectiveness of the channels.- Coordinate with school HR to forecast future hiring needs and regularly update the vacancy info to the team.- Supervise hiring managers and recruiters of the team and report on their performance.- Keep track of recruiting metrics and accounts.

- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract the high quality ESL tutors for their Online English platforms- Provide candidates with a good understanding of the online teaching industry, what is expected, and the company work culture and environment.- Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and the company.- Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for employment offers, follow up on references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details for final approval.- Negotiate salary rates and finalize arrangements between the company and candidates.- Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.- Facilitate on-boarding-orientation of new teachers.- Responsible for teacher training: offer on job training regarding platform functions, teaching pedagogy and teaching strategies.- Evaluate teachers’ performance and teaching quality, advise them how to improve.- Monitor key metrics (class open rate, booking rate, utilization rate, absences, score/reviews etc.)
