Founded in August 2022, Progress Libs is working alongside influencers and young people to support the next generation in leadership and activism. We are exciting the youth of America towards political action by emphasizing a strong vision for the future, humanity and empathy and the strength to empower the weak and do what needs to be done. Progress Libs is exciting young people towards center-left policy and political action by creating strong and healthy communities open for all that are catered towards informed dialogue and action-Over 5,000 members around the country, including hundreds volunteers-Organized around the country with large record breaking numbers of young people coming out to canvas-Creating content to combat right wing narratives through “fun-first” digital content

- Managed a team of 5 regionals, 23 organizers and 22 fellows- Worked with HQ Staff to develop metrics and goals for organizers and statewide programs- Oversaw the state party's first Latino and Youth outreach programs- Managed Text Outreach Program- Won 87% of all races partnered with the state party (vs a 52% win rate of campaigns that decided to forgo our support) leading to the largest state house and state senate majority in 40 years
