Manage the daily operations of the section in coordination with teachersFollow up with students, parents and teachers on students’ academic performance and behavioral matters and resolve any emerging issuePrepare and submit a monthly report to the Director on the section performance Conduct weekly meetings with teachers to communicate updates, feedback and guidelines related to the section activities and operationsConduct class observations on a regular basis and provide feedback to teachers in order to improve their teaching methodologiesConduct workshops and orientations to current and new teachersOrganize and follow up on different school activitiesRepresent the section in the monthly school administration meetings aiming at sharing information and experiences across the different sections and campuses
