The event will be held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, Minister of Presidential Affairs and the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority.Mohamed Jalal Al Reyaysa, Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee for SIAL, said: "In view of the success of the first edition of SIAL Middle East and the popularity it won, Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority decided to host the second edition of this exhibition, which is the first of its kind in the region, in a way that provides more exhibition space and more events.
