Chargée de projet en Rénovation Urbaine ANRU et hors ANRU : - Elaboration et suivi d'un dossier PNRU2 du centre ancien de la ville de Fontaine. - Elaboration et suivi de la convention de rénovation urbaine de la Viscose. - Elaboration et suivi d'un avenant sur la Villeneuve et d'une candidature (Grenoble et Echirolles) pour le PNRU2. - Evaluation des PRU sur l'ensemble de l'agglomération grenobloise, travail de coordination avec un groupe d'étudiants de l'Institut d'Etudes politiques de Lyon. - Mise en place d'une démarche de PSL (plan stratégique local) en sortie de convention (convention de quartiers renovés). - Animer et coordonner le réseau de professionnels de la rénovation urbaine (collectivités territoriales, chefs de projets urbains, bailleurs sociaux, maison des habitants, CCAS et associations).• Prospective, analyse, synthèse et préconisation : Réalisation d’un travail de réflexion sur la politique des jardins partagés
