Current•Warmly welcomes guest, inquire about their reservation status, and guide them to their tables•Manages reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements.•Informs Guest of the restaurant's offerings, including the menu, daily specials, any promotions and provide recommendations if necessary• Effectively manages wait times by providing estimated wait times, offering seating alternatives, and suggesting the use of waiting areas or lounges.•Collaborates closely with servers, bussers, and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient table turnover and smooth operations•Communicates guest preferences, special requests, and relevant information to the serving staff.• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally through addressing issues or escalating them to the appropriate personnel.•Maintains a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the reception desk, waiting areas,entrance and ensuring proper lounge dining setting•Abides by implemented guidelines and strict protocols for accessing and handling guests confidential information •Ensures the confidentiality of VIP clients through discrete communication, securing physical/digital information, and limiting access to sensitive information
