Managed a division of 130 employees: Developers, system analysts, applicators, testers (QA) and project managers. Was directly responsible for the entire development operation in fields such as CRM, Billing, BI, ERP, OSS Systems and digital assets. Filled-in for and acted as CIO to successfully lead the department.

Managed a department of 80 employees and was fully in charge of company infrastructure, beginning from servers and all the way to PC management for the employees.
