Position Emphasis/Nature of Work:1.Bridge the gap between the Kempe Leadership team and the Center Coordinator’s group, ensuring information is communicated bidirectionally:2.Serves as the implementation POC for roll out of Center wide resources such as management system implementation & training (Wrike).3.Serves as the internal Kempe ECHO expert (peer-to-peer distance learning), and acts as the first line of technical support to Center needs. In addition, serves as the external POC with Project ECHO in New Mexico. Created the KempECT (Echo.Collaborative.Team) for cross-program collaboration and support and ensure alignment with Project ECHO guidelines. 4.Co-leading the implementation of the center’s strategic plan. Process includes drafting, editing and publishing documents such as implementation plan, communication materials, meeting summaries, agendas, etc. for both leadership, center-wide, and educational programs at the center.5.Provided high-level administrative support to the Executive Director.6.Maintain a Center-wide calendar and schedule events and meetings. 7.Serves on key committees, contributing expertise and driving positive change.

Built my online business from the ground up, including design, product photography, SEO, digital marketing, social media, pricing, brand awareness and so much more. Within two years I co-founded Stitch sisters - a small business providing online shops with all the services they need in order to reach success.

Founded this small business after identifying the urgent need for multiple solutions for international online sellers. We provide product return & inspection, storage and inventory services for international Handmade@Amazon, and Etsy shops.
